Consultant Director/Finance Director (CFO)/Corporate Director/Corporate Advisor/CEO – Background in merchant banking, corporate finance, venture capital and acting as Executive Advisor to the CEO. Has fulfilled the Role of Corporate Advisor and Finance Director to several Technology Start-ups which function included significant equity raises (securing over £10m of equity), engagement with investors, grant providers (£4m of grants secured) and financiers (securing over £30m of loan finance), financial forecasting, cash management, monthly management accounts, and active engagement with all key stakeholders.

A former Board Director of a London Merchant Bank where he was responsible for key corporate relationships, corporate financing, property finance structuring, as well as being actively involved in the legal aspects of these relationships. He has extended his capabilities to venture capital and equity raising for Corporate Businesses and further provides a range of corporate services at the main board level. His roles have involved structuring businesses and teams to be best placed to enhance shareholder value, adopt best practices, commercialise technology and generate sales, and B2B sales development. He has also been successful in securing R&D and project-related grant funding and has set up and managed projects with substantial Corporate Organisations in the UK and in the US.
